**Practitioner Pro Plan:** $49/month or $399/year
**Free Trial:** 7 days free, then billing begins automatically
**Cancellation:**
- Cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting us
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law
**Refund Policy:**
- Full refund within 3 days of initial subscription if you have not accessed premium content
- No refunds after content access
- Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account termination

## 7. Intellectual Property

- All branding, logos, and visual identity elements

- Create derivative works based on platform content
- Reverse engineer or decompile the application
- Use the Soul Tranquility name or brand for any commercial purpose
- Scrape or collect data from the platform
